Mike has over 30 years’ experience in senior safety and operational management positions working for companies across various mining, oil and gas and construction operations in Australia, the Middle East and United Kingdom.

An inspirational and loyal leader with a proven record of developing strategy and adding value through positive change and employee engagement.

Over the past 15 years in Australia Mike has gained invaluable experience working on multiple Greenfield construction projects and Brownfield upgrade projects and shutdowns for some major industry clients such as BHP, Chevron, Santos, INPEX, AGL and Glencore Australia.

Mike has extensive experience leading and managing teams in challenging work environments either with the client team, the contractor or the subcontractor all with Safety as the target objective. His knowledge has been further enhanced through completion of an MBA and working closely with an Executive Leadership Coach for several years. He brings a practical approach to his management style and is able to provide a strategic viewpoint to tasks and situations considering all positions of client, contractor or subcontractor to ensure a win-win outcome for all.
