Managing Director
Murray is the founder and Managing Director of the High Impact Solutions Group of Companies.
He is regarded as an industry leader and expert in specialised civil and structural remediation and chemical protection, and has proven ability in building high performing teams and implementing value adding operational improvements, which reduce costs and improve performance.
Skilled in Operational Management, Cost Management, Project Control, Procurement, and Engineering, he is a strong operations professional, focused on the delivery of critical path and turn around objectives.

Gary Caden
Site Superintendent Olympic Dam
Gary has worked in the civil industry for the last 16 years and is currently the Site Superintendent at our Olympic Dam operations.
He provides a positive safety culture to all employees, contractors and visitors to ensure everyone goes home safely each day and performs quality control duties regarding the work being performed.
Additionally, Gary is responsible for the estimation, planning and scheduling of projects, and scheduling of subcontractors, consultants and vendors in a critical path to ensure timely completion of jobs for our projects at Olympic Dam.

Project Engineer
Hassan is a highly motivated and enthusiastic Project Engineer with over 10 years’ experience in Residential and Commercial buildings and Industrial and Mine sites.
Skilled in all phases of construction engineering operations ranging from interpreting and controlling the drawings to inspecting and managing on-site duties.

Dean Binder
Lead Project Manager
Dean is a Technical Manager based in Roxby Downs and Port Pirie responsible for project planning and estimating, and co-ordination of supervisors and engineers.
A qualified carpenter by trade with 26 years’ experience in the building and construction industry, he has gained a wide range of experience including construction supply, roof truss manufacture and design, housing development, acid protection systems, epoxy coatings, thermo-plastic coatings, civil remediation, ultra-high-pressure water jetting and robotic jetting systems, sand blasting and industrial painting.
